Open class on marine culture I -- Austronesian and Fujian marine culture

Marine culture is the product of the interaction between mankind and the ocean. Against the background of the development of a community with a shared future for mankind, the importance of marine culture has become increasingly prominent.
Xiamen city, prospered by the sea, has a profound marine cultural heritage. To this end, the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Ocean Development and the Xiamen Marine International Cooperation Center joined hands with Sina Xiamen and Budong Lab to launch a series of open classes to help promote the spread of marine culture. The first course is themed on Austronesian and Fujian marine culture.
The class mainly covers three parts. These are Fujian, an important birthplace of the marine culture of the Austronesian language group, the characteristics of Austronesian and marine culture, as well as the era of significance for Austronesian and marine culture.
