PNLG Annual Forum 2020
The 2020 PEMSEA Network of Local Governments for Sustainable Coastal Development Forum -- or PNLG Annual Forum 2020 – took place on Nov 24 in Xiamen city, located in East China's Fujian province.
The forum had as its theme "Marine Eco‐civilization, Blue Development" and was also held online, for those who could not make it due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.
The annual event aimed to promote the exchange of experience among members through a plenary conference and technical seminars – as well as to accelerate the realization of the United Nations' sustainable development goals, while promoting sustainable maritime development in the East Asia region.
