The 2018 PEMSEA Network of Local Governments for Sustainable Coastal Development Forum, or PNLG Annual Forum 2018, was held at the Andana Resort, in Guimaras Province in the Philippines on Nov 29, 2018.

The forum was attended by over 100 representatives from PNLG members including Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Vietnam and Timor Leste - as well as delegates from international organizations and institutions such as PEMSEA, Xiamen University and the China-PEMSEA Sustainable Coastal Management Cooperation Center.
