    Due to personnel changes and work needs, Zeng Dongsheng, director of the Xiamen Municipal Marine Development Bureau, has been appointed as the secretary-general of the PNLG Secretariat and Lin Huaiyuan, the bureau's chief engineer, has been appointed as the executive deputy secretary-general of the PNLG Secretariat.
